Our professional funeral staff carefully transports your loved one to our funeral home. We tailor each service according to your religious rituals and personal preferences. We arrange where you would like to have the funeral service, whether it is at our chapel or at a church.
At our family-owned and operated funeral home, you meet with a licensed funeral director to discuss the needs of your family, arrange services and select the necessary merchandise. You may also choose to select a final resting place for your loved one in our cemetery or we can arrange for burial in another cemetery. We have both inground and above ground options for burial. We have two consecrated Jewish burial areas for those of the Jewish faith.

With a Traditional Funeral Service, a private viewing is reserved for family members to remember your loved one and reflect on memories. Afterwards, friends are invited for the public viewing, or calling hours. if the family so desires. The public viewing may be held on a day prior to the funeral ceremony or on the very same day. Alternately, you may choose not to hold visitation hours.
Immediately after the funeral service, we transport your loved one to the cemetery for the graveside ceremony. If your loved one was a veteran, this ceremony may include military honors. During the graveside ceremony, family and friends may place flowers or sometimes sand on the casket.
Your family and friends of your loved one may gather for a reception after the burial. We have a family gathering room and kitchen area to provide food and refreshments. Or you may choose to gather in a home, community center, church or club. Ponte Vedra Valley will assist you in planning and arranging any type of reception you would like.

Graveside Service
If you and your family do not wish to have a funeral service in our chapel or at a church, a Graveside Service is an option. This service allows for a slightly less formal way to honor your loved one, while still being able to personalize the ceremony to meet the needs of your family. Family can choose to have a clergy member preside over the service or may choose to ask family and friends to speak. If your loved one was a veteran, this ceremony may include military honors.
Similar to the Traditional Chapel or Church Funeral Service, for the Graveside Service, we transport your loved one to the funeral home and you meet with a licensed funeral director to make the necessary arrangements for your loved one’s funeral service. Before the Graveside Service is held, you may choose to have a private family viewing and then invite friends for a public viewing.
Your family and friends of your loved one are welcome to gather for a reception after the funeral service. We have a family gathering room and kitchen area to provide food and refreshments. Or you may choose to gather in a home, church, club or community center.

Immediate Burial
In some cases, you may not wish to hold a ceremony or viewing for your loved one. For Immediate Burial, we transport your loved one to the funeral home, where you meet with a licensed funeral director to discuss the necessary documents and preparations, and then we transport your loved one to the cemetery. A family member may choose to present at the burial.
