At our family owned and operated funeral home, you meet with a licensed funeral director to select from the many funeral service options we offer with cremation. You may also choose to select a final resting place for your loved one’s cremains. We have both inground and above ground options for the disposition of cremains. We also have a scattering garden in our cemetery or can help you arrange to scatter at sea. Our funeral director and staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ponte Vedra Valley completes the necessary documentation and makes arrangements for cremation in our on-site crematory. Even with cremation, you have the option of having a viewing with a funeral service before cremation takes place with our Traditional Cremation Service. A private viewing can be reserved for family members to remember your loved one and reflect on memories. Afterwards, friends are invited for the public viewing. The funeral service may consist of reading from holy books, prayers, music, memorial DVD’s and other religious rituals. Family and friends of your loved one may gather in a reception after the funeral service. We have a family gathering room and kitchen area to provide food and refreshments. Memorial Cremation Service
This service is very similar to the Traditional Cremation Service, but simpler as there is no separate viewing and embalming is not necessary. We do however, offer the option for immediate family to have a private, brief moment to view their loved one, if they so choose. Basic Cremation Service
In some cases, you may not wish to hold a ceremony or viewing for your loved one. For the Basic Cremation Service, we transport your loved one to our funeral home and take the necessary preparations with you before the cremation. With the Basic Cremation Service, you still have the comfort of our licensed funeral director and staff and the reassurance that we oversee every aspect of final arrangement with our on-site crematory.

When a loved one's final wish is to be scattered, Ponte Vedra Valley has a beautiful Scattering Garden to accommodate their final wishes. You may opt to spread all or some of your loved one's ashes within the beauty of our scattering garden.
