David John Damm, 65, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 12, 2024 after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Lynn Damm, whom he married on March 19, 1988; loving father of Jennifer (Jamie) Little and Christopher (Nicole) Damm; dear brother of Barbara (John) McKinney and the late Nancy (Mark) Licht; devoted son of the late John and Doris Damm; fond brother-in-law, uncle, mentor, and friend of many.

David was born on January 16, 1959 and grew up in Glenview, Illinois. He graduated high school from Loyola Academy and college from Indiana University. An extremely hard worker, David was very successful in the medical device industry. But even so, he made it a priority to be present for his family and always put his family first. When he retired in 2019, he continued to go out of his way to mentor those inside and outside the industry. David had a zest for life, and enjoyed splitting his time between Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and Denver, Colorado, golfing, hiking, reading and, of course, rooting for the Cubs and Da Bears.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 22, at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with a reception to celebrate his life after at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club.
