Allen Jay Hyman, 81, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on February 17, 2024. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Allen was a dedicated employee of the Bank of New York for over 30 years. He had an unmistakable dry sense of humor and was known for his sharp, level-headed advice.
Allen's passion for golf brought him joy outside of work. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course, honing his skills and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Hyman; daughter, Pamela Levine, and son-in-law, Danny Levine; son, Michael Hyman, and daughter-in-law, Suzanne Grable; grandchildren, Harrison, Grace, Sam, and Andrew.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 20th, at 3pm at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery, 4750 Palm Valley Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. A memorial service will follow at 4pm at Beth El The Beaches Synagogue, 288 N. Roscoe Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. A condolence meal will be served immediately after the service at Beth El The Beaches Synagogue.
