ESTELLE, Anne Marion 71, passed away Aug. 1, 2015, in Temple Terrace. She was born to Joyce Manning and John Reahill July 9, 1944, in Berkhamsted, England. She moved to the United States as a child. She graduated in 1962, from Old Saybrook High School in Connecticut. Anne relocated to St. Petersburg in 1981, where she started her career in sales and interior design. She was an avid horse lover and raised Morgan horses in New Hampshire. She later played polo in Plant City. Anne also enjoyed sailing with her mother and stepfather, Herb Wilcox, in New England and Florida. She is survived by her son, Michael Charles Cooper; daughters, Patricia Anne Cooper and Victoria Anne Cooper; grandchildren, Crystal Cecil, James Plachta, and William Plachta; great-grandchildren, Peyton Plachta and Amari Cecil; brothers, Steven Rand and wife, Debbie; Gary Rand, Michael Rand and wife, Karen. Anne was preceded in death by her father, John Reahill; stepfather, Warren Rand Sr.; brother, Warren Rand Jr., stepfather, Herb Wilcox; mother, Joyce Wilcox. A memorial service will be held 11 am, Friday, Aug. 14, at Christ Episcopal Church, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with a reception to follow in the church parish hall.
