Anthony Moreau DeLude (Tony) passed away on October 7, 2024, after an eight-month battle with cancer. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.

Tony was born and raised in Washington, Connecticut, where he attended the Gunnery School. He went on to graduate from Yale University in 1957, where he was a proud member of the varsity golf team. His professional life was primarily spent in sales, culminating in his role as a regional sales manager at Berkel, Inc., where he worked for many years before retiring.

Tony was passionate about many things, including golf, both as a player and spectator. He also enjoyed reading, solving crossword puzzles, playing cribbage, and traveling on cruises. An avid stamp collector and trader, Tony found joy in the small details of life.

Tony was predeceased by his beloved wife of 66 years, Katrina DeLude, and his eldest son, David DeLude. He is survived by his son, Dwight DeLude (Katie DeLude) of Jacksonville Beach; his daughters, Kari Garfinkle (Phil Garfinkle) of Jacksonville Beach and Tina Gordon (Martin Gordon) of Port Orange; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A man of great character, Tony was conservative by nature and deeply committed to providing for his family. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
