SPEIR Bobbie Hall Speir, 86, joined her husband, William, and daughter, Stephanie, in Heaven on April 16, 2014. She is survived by her loving children, Cynthia (Joe), Melanie, and Alex (Christine); eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many loving friends.
