Charles “Chuck” O’Donnell, 69, passed away on October 30, 2023. He was born to Robert and Bernice O’Donnell on November 12, 1953, in Syracuse, NY. Chuck grew up in Syracuse and would go on to graduate from Syracuse University. He would later move to Viginia and entered into the building inspections field. Chuck would work his way to becoming the Chief of Inspections for Fairfax County, VA. He loved his family and friends, boating, hunting, and playing guitar. Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne O’Donnell; devoted daughter, Shannon Evans and her husband, Cameron; cherished grandchildren, Kiley and Charlotte Evans.
