Donna Jane (Nell) Rich of St Johns, FL, passed peacefully on Sunday morning, June 19, 2022, at the age of 77, with her husband, Lowell, by her side.

Donna was born to Burnice and Edna (Prather) Nell in Washington, Indiana.  They preceded her in death. She married Lowell Rich on December 27th, 1964, at the First Christian Church in Vincennes, Indiana. They enjoyed 57 years of marriage. Donna and Lowell raised their family in The Beaches area, and only recently returned after spending 27 years in Orlando. She is also survived by her three sons, Michael (Traci) Rich, Gary (Christie) Rich, and Bryan (Jessica) Rich of the Greater Jacksonville area. Grandchildren are Hayley (Jimmy) Nichols, Madison Caldwell, Tyler Rich, Carson Rich, Allie Rich, Braeden Rich, Zachary Rich, and Sophia Rich. She is survived by her brother, David Nell, of Southern Pines, NC, and her sister, Debi (David) Lankford of Hoopeston, IL.

A devout Christian, Donna truly embodied what it means to do everything in love (1 Corinthians 16:14). Deeply valuing all of her relationships and always doing for others, Donna cared for, and befriended, everyone with whom she had contact.  She greatly enjoyed hosting meals for friends and family. She was just an incredibly talented person. She enjoyed a 30-year career as an accomplished realtor, touching the lives of many families in a positive way with their relocation needs.

She was deeply loved by her entire family, and that love was returned in many ways. Donna will be forever missed by her family, and who knew her, but we know she is pain free and in God's loving care.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25th from 2:30-4:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Services will be Livestreamed beginning approximately ten minutes before the start of the service directly below this obituary.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's name to the American Lung Association or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
