Dr. Gordon Paul Elliott, born May 21, 1928, in Queens, New York, went home to be with the Lord on July 23, 2023. He was preceded in death by his son, Brandt Elliott, and is survived by his wife of almost 72 years, Othella; son, Gary and his wife, Connie; daughter, Joy Erdmann and her husband, Martin; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson on the way. Gordon was a pastor for 45 years, served as Pastor-at-Large with SIM International, and taught Bible classes at Fruitland Baptist Bible College in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
