Born February 18, 1952, in Brooklyn, NY, to Jane and Adolph Baste. Lee passed away June 18, 2025, at age 73. A loving wife of 48 years to her husband, Rodney, a devoted mother to their 3 sons, David (Brooke), Geoffrey, and Bradley; and an adoring grandmother to their grandson, Lexington; and granddaughter, Teagan. Lee attended The University of Delaware before earning her degree in English Literature from FSU.

Lee was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She loved to travel with her family, take evening walks with her husband, play bridge, and was a voracious reader along with her Book Club Friends who have been together for 25 plus years. Among her greatest joys were the 41 years the family spent together visiting Nantucket every Summer. Lee loved her life and lived it to its fullest. She will be missed but never forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Ponte Vedra Valley.
