WHITT Fay McKinney Whitt, 79, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away November 23, 2014. She was born in Lando, SC, on May 12, 1935, to Palmer and Flo McKinney. Fay loved reading, shopping and Bonko and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Whitt, parents, and nine siblings. Fay is survived by her son, Scott Whitt (Christie); grandsons, Justin and Jordan Whitt; sisters, Jeanette Elliot and Nena Wages, and dear friends, Bonnie Buth, Misty Jemerson, Elaine Nessler and Carla Bourg. A graveside service was held in Piedmont, SC. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 2 at Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home.
