Frances Eichholz Croft, last surviving child of Charles and Josephine Eichholz, died peacefully at home on Sept. 20, 2018. She was born on March 3, 1922, in Maywood, IL.  Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert W. Croft; brothers, Harold, Jerome, Earle ,Wilbur, William; and one sister, Muriel Eichholz Wolff.  She is survived by one son, Robert W. Croft, Jr. (Eileen); daughter, Gayle Muriel Croft Underwood (Bill); two grandchildren, Bryan Croft (Amy) and Stephanie Croft Huntley (Jason);  five great grandchildren, Avery Croft, Natalie Croft, Chance Croft, Libby Huntley and Jay Huntley.  Frances was a long time member of Selva Marina Country Club in Atlantic Beach, FL, for 40 years. She was also an avid golfer, having scored two holes-in-ones, one of which came on her 72nd birthday.  Service will be held on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, 11:00 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2400 Mayport Rd., Atlantic Beach, FL.
