Frederick T. Rouge, 84, passed away October 28, 2021. He was born in the Bronx, New York, on August 21, 1937, to Frederick and Julia Rouge. He was an avid chess player, loved playing pinochle, dominoes, and never refused a game of Risk.  He was a part of the Knights of Columbus at St. Anthony of Padua Church in East Northport, NY, and was a member of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine.  He served four years in the United States Navy.  The thing he loved most was taking trips to Disney World and spending time with his children and his grandchildren.  

Fred is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Rouge; his parents, Fred and Julia; his two brothers, Richard and Billy.  

Fred is survived by Laura Jeter (Tom), Tara Bisogno, Fred Rouge (Mary), Ursula Howard (Jerry), Jennifer Lowenstein (Stanley), John Rouge (Brad); and was Poppop to his 15 loving grandchildren, Justin, Amanda Cole, Ben, Sarah, Mary Jeter, Courtney, Gaven Bisogno, Brendan, Connor, Katie Rouge, Shannon, Seanna Howard, Erin, I.J, Michael Lowenstein; and was a great grandfather to Avery Diaz.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021, 1 pm at Ponte Vedra Valley.
