Georgian Johnson, 83, of Ponte Vedra, Florida, passed away at home the evening of March 25, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born September 3, 1942 in Pennsylvania. Georgian lit up every room she entered and lived a life defined by love. Her heart was worn on her sleeve. She had so much pride in giving gifts, treats, and special packages that she thoughtfully put together for her friends and family.

Georgian is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Fred R. Johnson; her children, Melissa, Melanie, Jeffrey, and Scott; her grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Sloane and Joel; her sisters Susan and Andrea; and cousin, Cynthia.

Georgian retired in 2003 after 15 years working for the Department of Defense. She worked as a budget analyst at DEFAS Cleveland Ohio, NAS JAX Jacksonville Florida and NAS Mayport, Mayport Florida. She received multiple awards of recognition and appreciation for exceptional effort and knowledgeable level of service.

Georgian was a longtime member of Our Lady Star Of The Sea Catholic Church, Ponte Vedra Beach.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Star Of the Sea on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
