On February 25, 2022, our mother, Iris M. Negron got her wings and went with the angels. She was 88 years old.

Our mother was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. Her dream was to get married and have children. She was more than happy to be the central  figure in the lives of her daughters.  Anyone who knew us knew that she was a star in our eyes and that's all that ever mattered to her. She was so loved.

Our mother is survived by her daughters, Sandra Negron and Viviana Rodriguez, and her son-in-law, George Rodriguez; her grandchildren: Tashiana, Alexandra, Hannah, Alexa-Rae, Ellissia and great-grandchildren: Anthony, Yasenia, Silas and Noah.

A visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022, 3-6 pm, at Torsone Memorial Funeral Home in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel will be at 10:00 am, on March 11, 2022.  Burial at St. Peter's Cemetery to follow.
