Coach James "Jimmy" Kirk went home to his Lord on Wednesday, August 18, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born to Mary Kay and Larry Kirk, Sr. on February 5, 1988.

Jimmy was a devoted son, grandson, brother, uncle, coach, and friend. He dedicated his life to coaching sports that he loved and investing in others around him. He was a football and lacrosse coach at Bartram Trails High School and a champion basketball coach and physical education teacher at Liberty Pines Academy.

Jimmy had a smile that lit up the room and an open heart for anyone that he spent time with. He was looking forward to loving and serving the love of his life, Autumn Beaver.

He will be dearly missed and forever loved by his mother, father, fiancé, Autumn Beaver, brother and sister-in-law, Larry Kirk, Jr. & Jessie Kirk, his nephew, Trip Kirk, his nieces, Helena, Susanna, and Glory Kirk, Grandfather, Terrence O'Keefe, Grandmother, Dorothy Kirk, and his uncles, aunts, cousins, his extended Beaver Family and his friends.

A Visitation will be held Monday, August 23, 2021, from 6-8 pm at Ponte Vedra Valley.

Jimmy's Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, August, 24, 2021, 6 pm at The Church of Eleven22, 4911 Losco Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32257.

The family is encouraging those attending James' services to wear sports attire, in memory of his love for sports.
