Jean Elizabeth (Connolly) Preblick of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, passed peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022, at the age of 91. She was born to Timothy and Marion (Martin) Connolly on July 9, 1931. Jean married Frank Preblick on January 24, 1959 . They resided in Irvington and Millburn, New Jersey, until moving to Florida in 1999.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Deirdre (Harold) Schultz of Ponte Vedra Beach; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two brothers, Timothy (Liz) Connolly of Stony Point, NY, and Gerard Connolly of Yonkers, NY. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents, and her daughter, Joyce Errico.
A Visitation will be from 5-7pm Thursday, August 25, at Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home in Ponte Vedra Beach.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, August 26, 1:30pm, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach followed by burial at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Jean’s memory to Community Hospice and Palliative Care.
