Jenifer Ann Alexander passed away suddenly on October 1st, 2021, at her much loved home in Jacksonville, Florida after a long battle with chronic illness. She was 62.

She was born on August 15th, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Norma Adams (Dopfer) and (Whitney) Robert Alexander. After Norma’s remarriage, Jenifer became the beloved stepdaughter of Jesse Adams.

For many years, Jenifer helped run a successful home-building business in Sylvania, Ohio, where she used her creative vision to design custom houses, and later a subdivision.

While Jenifer enjoyed the success of her career, her greatest joy was in being a mother. She treasured her three daughters, and she made sure that all who entered her home felt as special and loved as they did. Jenifer was known for the warmth and kindness she extended to everyone.

In her later years, Jenifer cherished the companionship of her beloved cats, Antonio and Leo. She enjoyed spending time with them in her beautiful home and being with family.

Near the end of her life, Jenifer joyously became a grandmother, and she was loved dearly by her two granddaughters. For them, there was no place sweeter than “Grandma’s House.”

Jenifer has now joined her loved ones in Heaven, having been preceded in death by her parents and cats.

She is survived by her children: Samantha, Olivia (Isaac) and Ariana (Rushan); granddaughters: Vivian and Adeline; and siblings: Nancy (John) Bates, Stacy Alexander, and Robert Alexander.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 7th, 2021, at Ponte Vedra Valley in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The service will begin at 12:00 PM followed by burial honors at Ponte Vedra Valley. Online condolences may be offered at https://www.pontevedravalley.com.
