JoAnne J. Fuller passed away peacefully on May 8, 2024. She was the daughter of Harold W. and Martha (Kennedy) Seal.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Herring (Jil), Gail Coe, Ann Marie Parker (David), and Mary Ordini; grandchildren, Conor Herring, Emma Herring, and William Parker (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Caleb and Charlotte Parker.

She is further survived by brother, Jock Seal (Eileen) and their children Colleen, Maggie and Kathy.

In addition to her parents, JoAnne was proceeded in death by her husband, Gerald R. Fuller; son, Thomas Herring; and grandson, Jason Coe.

Interment will be at a later date.
