John Taylor Fyfe, 91, died Friday, November 15, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on May 15, 1933 in Yonkers, NY to Thomas and Marion Eve Fyfe.

In addition to four years of service in the United States Marines, having successfully earned his master’s degree, John served as a mathematics teacher at Livingston High School in Livingston, NJ. In his spare time, John enjoyed classical music and learning languages – having mastered Spanish and Greek.

John is survived by his daughter Christine Ivanov as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, William Deene; son, Ken Fyfe; and sister-in-law, Phyllis Fyfe.
