With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved Jonathan Michael Persson unexpectedly went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 19, 2026.
Jonathan was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend whose life was marked by unwavering faith, integrity, generosity, and deep love for his family. A proud graduate of Flagler College and sales representative he embraced life with purpose and gratitude. He loved traveling, fitness, hiking, sunrise walks on the beach with his beloved dog, Kristoff, preparing healthy meals, and making lasting memories with those he loved.
As Christians, we do not grieve without hope. Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice knowing Jonathan is in the presence of Jesus Christ. Because of Christ's victory over death, we look forward to the day we will see him again. "Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me... I go to prepare a place for you." — John 14:1–3

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, all at Ponte Vedra Valley.
