Joseph Fendi was born October 16, 1950, to Antonio and Pauline in Sicily. Joseph was one of four brothers Vincent, Ralph & Mario.  He would often recount his boyhood adventures with fondness and joy. He married his wife of 47 years, Olga, and have three children Paula, Patricia & Joseph Fendi, Jr.  He was a proud and loving grandfather to Sofian, Yezen, Sophia, Libby & Amelia.  

Joseph lived every day to the fullest and had a passion for music, singing, playing the piano, cooking his Sicilian cuisine.  He enjoyed his children and grandchildren, and always helped everyone in every possible way.  He was a gentle giant, and everyone knew him as “Big Joe”.

Joseph will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  We share countless memories of his infectious humor, good nature & joy for life.  He will always inspire us.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Olga; his daughter, Paula El Farhan, son-in-law, Akram El Farhan; grandsons, Sofian & Yezen; daughter, Patricia Correa, son-in-law, Alex Correa; granddaughter, Sophia; son, Joseph Fendi, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Melchor-Fendi; granddaughters, Libby & Amelia aka “Pinky”.  Joseph is also survived by his siblings, Mario and Ralph, and their spouses and children. He is predeceased by his mother, Pauline, and father, Antonio, and brother Vincent.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

Private family services will be held at Ponte Vedra Valley.
