Keely Ann McCauslin, 46, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 28, 2025, leaving a deep and irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew and loved her. Born on May 18, 1979, in Camden, New Jersey, Keely later moved to Orlando, Florida, with her family where she built a beautiful life rooted in faith, love, and laughter.
Keely graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, FL, in 1997. It was there that her vibrant personality began to shine, and lifelong friendships began.
In 2008, Keely met the love of her life, Colin McCauslin. Together, they were blessed with two beautiful children, Chayce Erin and Colin James. Keely’s heart belonged to her family, and she was happiest spending time with her husband and children. Keely was a fixture at the barn with Chayce, watching her ride and jump horses; something that was a shared passion between them. When she wasn’t at the barn, Keely could be found cheering on Colin James at hockey, Jiu Jitsu, or any of the countless activities he loves. She was always present, always proud, and always full of support. Keely was also honored to be the godmother to Joseph (JJ), son of her cousin Olivia Caruso, with whom she shared a deep sisterly bond. Olivia, her late husband Joseph, daughter Noiella, and JJ will miss her dearly.
Keely was a fierce mama bear, known for making sure every detail of life was figured out for her children. Her unforgettable voice left crowds in awe during karaoke nights. She was an enthusiastic and boisterous Eagles fan. People were drawn to Keely’s strength, loyalty, and infectious energy. She didn’t just brighten a room; she healed it. She was medicine to people.
Keely is survived by her beloved husband Colin; daughter, Chayce Erin; and son, Colin James of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Sheena Williams; niece, Estoria Maeve Williams Chase; and nephew, John Emerson Williams Wik of Davis, WV; and a large and loving family including many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Keely’s love, laughter, and light will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her.
A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 545 A1A North, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32082 on Saturday, August 23rd at 2:00pm. Reception to follow.
