Linda S. Clark (Cindy), born December 17, 1949, to James L Smith and Connie Johnson, passed peacefully from natural causes on July 21, 2020, at Hadlow Hospice Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
Cindy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. She was a vibrant, loving and creative women. She is best remembered by her strong faith, her creativity, love of animals and her sassy disposition. Her home was always open to those in need of a good talk, a place to be creative, or to enjoy a good glass of wine.
She was co-owner of the Ponte Vedra Island Directory with her husband Key Clark. She dedicated her life to supporting her church and community.
Cindy is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Key Clark, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. She is survived by her mother, Connie Johnson; brother, Randy Smith; sister, Barbara McDonald; her daughter, Kimberly Sieben; son, Brett Liles; grandchildren, Colby, Nathan, Trevor, Haley and Hagen; great grandchildren, Sophie, Daniel, Aldyn, Luke, Haylen.
We were blessed to have Cindy in our lives, and she will forever live in our hearts.
Due to the restrictions in gatherings in these extraordinary times, the family will hold a celebration of life in December 2020. The date is to be determined.
In lieu of flowers the family requests you honor Cindy with a donation to the Florida Humane Society or Parkinson’s Research.
