Madhumati Bhadrashanakar Dave, 89, passed away August 21, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bhavnagar, India, on September 21, 1927 to Bhatt Manishankar Dayanand and Bhatt Saraswati Manishankar. Madhumati was preceded in death by her husband, Bhadrashanakar T. Dave.

She is survived by her children, Asha Bhatt (Uday), Markand Dave (Rita) and Deepak Dave (Jyotsna); grandchildren, Bhairavi (Shailesh), Ira (Jaydeep), Purvi, Jayna (Sachin) and Varoon; great grandchildren, Shivam, Aarin, Aryana, and several loving nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM on Sunday, September 27, 2017 at Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home.
