Morgan Riley Di Vita gained her angel wings on September 20, 2021, at the age of 12. Surrounded by the love of family and friends, she went peacefully to Heaven to join all of those who have gone before her.
The beloved daughter of Brandy Di Vita and Patrick Di Vita, she is sorrowfully missed by all who knew her. Survived by her Gami, Tina Coker, her Papaw, Tom Di Vita (Wanda), her second family Jonas and Anita Kunsa (Madison) and many aunts, uncles and cousins (Christina, Alejandro, Sadie, Landon, Jaxon, Taylor, Thomas, Gavin, Ainsley).
Those who knew Morgan will always remember her love for animals, especially her dogs Cooper and Brutus, dinosaurs, TikTok, fidgets, dancing and art. She was a cherished friend to many whom she loved like family. As a student at Fletcher Middle School, Morgan excelled in all that she did. Through her battle with DIPG, she touched the lives of so many. She was a shining light who inspired everyone she met and her legacy, #MorganStrong, will live on forever.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 523 Pablo Avenue, Jacksonville Beach, FL, 32250 on Saturday, October 9th at 11am.
