While living in Dayton, Muriel was involved with many organizations, including leadership positions at the Beth Abraham Synagogue, her favorite as a chaperone for the synagogues traveling youth chorale.

Family brought her and Sol to retire to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1982, where eventually her children would join them. An avid reader, ceramicist, home decorator, and shopper.  Muriel also regularly weight trained and enjoyed Pilates. Muriel’s outgoing personality was always on display, and she made a vast network of friendships.
