Norma Jean Ballard Allen, age 92, died peacefully at Ponte Vedra Gardens Memory Care Center on January 24, 2024. Norma was born in Rockwood, TN to her parents George and Ella (Savage) Ballard.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Ballard. Surviving are her sister, Linda Young (Martin), daughters, Carol Allen Buczkowski (Terry) and Nancy Allen Gay (Ron), four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Norma retired as Asisstant Financial Aid Director from Stetson University in DeLand, FL, after a 30 year career.

Burial will be in her family's plot in Shiloh Cemetery, Pigeon Forge, TN.
