Oscar Luis Velez, 48, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. Oscar was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on September 1, 1975. He was recently a resident of Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Oscar is survived by his wife, Lisa; his son, Caleb; his daughter, Gracie; his brother, Orlando; and his parents, Oscar and Martha Velez. Some of Oscar’s greatest passions include children’s education, religious missions, and spending time with his family.
There will be a visitation at Ponte Vedra Valley funeral home on Saturday June 15 from 3-5 pm, with a Memorial Service to follow at a date yet to be determined.
