Patricia Ann Perry Constantino, 90, passed away peacefully at home on April 15, 2022.  Pat was born April 27, 1932 in Paterson, NJ, to Anthony and Anna Perry.  

She married Anthony “Bookie” Constantino in 1953.  Pat was an x-ray technician as they began their family in Halden, NJ. In 1979, Pat and Bookie moved their family to Ponte Vedra, FL, where they lived for 43 years together. Pat was an avid golfer and beach goer, she enjoyed games of Scrabble, cards and Bingo with her friends.  She was active in her community and enjoyed her beautiful yard and flowers.  Life took her on many adventures and she embraced them all. Pat was the absolute definition of a friend.  She was caring, loyal, helpful, and always had a warm smile and a wonderful sense of humor.  She was loved and adored by all who knew her.  

Pat was the loving “bride” of her devoted husband of almost 69 years.  She was a caring and supportive mother to her 5 children and she took great joy in her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  Pat was a Christian woman who’s faith was unwavering.  

She is survived by her husband, Anthony; her sons, Michael(Eva), Anthony, Paul (Barbara); her daughters, Patti Earl (Garry), Margie Archuleta (Archie); her grandchildren; her great grandchildren; her brother, Anthony “Tommy” Perry and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery. A reception to follow at Ponte Vedra Valley. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.woundedwarriorproject.org in her name.
