Richard “Rich” Strom was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend. On July 1, 2021, God called him home. Rich was born on June 16, 1972, in Schenectady, New York.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York in 1997. He was employed by Latham Pool Products Inc., for over 20 years, and most recently served as a quality design manager.

Rich’s pride was in his love of the Lord and in his family. Rich was a devoted member of the Church of Christ. Over the years, he served as a deacon in the Church of Christ. He enjoyed leading family bible study time and serving the Lord in various ways at church.

Rich is survived by his loving wife, Krista, after almost 23 years of marriage. He was a devoted father to two children: Richard Lucas Strom and Johnathan Lucas Strom; and he was Andrea & Dennis Lucas’ favorite son-in-law. He spent his evenings with his family watching his favorite tv shows, working on cars, and watching basketball games together with Richard, playing corn hole and taking rides in the car with Johnathan, and taking both of his boys fishing.

Rich is survived by his parents, Richard & Sandra Strom; his siblings, Cheryl Glindmyer (Ken) and Sharon Caruso (Rick).

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to the Youth Impact Center, PO Box 587, Lakeland, GA 31635.

Services will be held at Lakeside Church of Christ in Orange Park, FL, on Tuesday, July 6 at 1pm. Viewing time will be 12-1 pm. A Graveside Service will be held for immediate family members at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery.
