Robert L. Froman, 79, of Ponte Vedra Beach, passed away on June 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Bob is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Susan; his cherished sons, Chad (Lauren) Froman of California and Troy (Sarah) Froman of Colorado; and his four amazing grandsons, Jacob, Ian, Wyatt, and Owen, all of whom brought him immeasurable joy.

Bob was born in Tacoma, Washington. His father’s military service allowed Bob to experience different parts of the world, including Japan and Morocco, at a young age.

Bob built a distinguished career as an executive in the hotel development industry at Interstate Hotels Corporation and continued on to share his knowledge, expertise and passion for the sector as a consultant.

In 2018, Bob was diagnosed with an interstitial lung disease and was blessed with the gift of a double lung transplant. He never let a day pass without thanking God, the Mayo Clinic transplant team, and his selfless donor. With this incredible gift, Bob spent these precious years cherishing and loving his wife, family, treasured friends and advocating for organ donation.

His family and friends will forever remember him for his quick wit, kind heart, infectious sense of humor, and his remarkable gift for bringing smiles and laughter wherever he went. His life was a testament to perseverance, gratitude, and unwavering love for God and his family.
