Sarah Othella Elliott, 99, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on August 31, 2026. She was born on November 29, 1926 in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Othella was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Gordon Elliott; and her son, Brandt Elliott. She is survived by her son, Gary Elliott (Connie) of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Joy Erdmann (Martin) of Badenweiler, Germany; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Othella was a caring daughter who begged for her father to be saved, a loving sister who prayed for her brother to be saved, a faithful wife who served together with her husband that many might hear the Gospel and be saved, and a nurturing mother that brought her children before the Throne of Grace that they would be saved. She is now at home to be forever with Jesus, who alone saves.

"No other name...given among men whereby we must be saved." -Acts 4:10-12.

A private funeral service will be held at Ponte Vedra Valley.
