Scarlet Blair Strahm passed peacefully in the loving embrace of her mother on January 3, 2021. Scarlet was born on October 24, 2020. During her two short months here on Earth, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life was a gift to us that will live on through the donation of her heart valves to others in need.  

Scarlet is survived by her mother, Breeanna Kilzer, of Jacksonville, Florida; grandparents, Charles "Rick" and Leslee Waters of Jacksonville, Florida; grandparents Joseph and Amy Kilzer of Warren, Ohio; aunts, Brittany Kilzer of Jacksonville, Florida, Sarah Kilzer of Warren, Ohio, and Naomi Kilzer of Warren, Ohio; great-grandparents; and numerous other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
