Seval Yaramanoglu, 84, passed away Saturday, June 26th, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on January 29, 1937 in Babeski, Turkey to Remziye and Mehmet Duyu. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Turkish Sugar Plant Factory. Seval married Vural Yaramanoglu when she was 18 years old and she was widowed at the age of 37. Seval truly lived the meaning of her name “Love” by being the most loving, selfless, gracious wife, mother, and grandmother to her adoring family. She was always filled with joyful humor and immense gratitude for life and her family. Seval loved kissing her children and grandchildren, cooking delicious Turkish food for her family, and enjoying Turkish soap operas. Seval is survived by her three children, Tamer Yaramanoglu, Dilek Gorgec, and Aylin Ozdemir; three sisters, Senar Karakus, Neveser Ustun and Sukret Oroglu; six grandchildren, Alican Gorgec, Mehmetcan Yaramanoglu, Alper Yaramanoglu, Melissa Ozdemir, Lara Ozdemir, and Basak Gorgec. She was preceded in death by her husband Vural Yaramanoglu and her parents Remziye Duyu and Mehmet Duyu. Her burial ceremony will be at Ponte Vedra Valley on June 29th, 2021 at 1 PM.
