Shahin Foroutan, 77, born in Iran on August 3, 1941. She passed away peacefully in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, September 8. Shahin graduated from nursing school and passionately helped many patients and friends throughout her career and life.

She and her husband followed her sons to the United States in 1987. Shahin was a woman of elegance, grace and strength and adored by all. She enjoyed music, the arts, reading and crossword puzzles.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Mansour Moini. And survived by beloved sons, Arjang Moeini (Leslie) and Orang; adored grandchildren, Arman and Ainslie. Sister in law, Manijeh Moini, and many nieces and nephews; including Nooshin, Joubin, Babak, Kianoosh, and Bardia, Behnaz, Behnoosh, Farnaz, Haleh and Valeh.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held on Thursday, September 13th, 2018, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Moeini Residence located on 7807 Mount Ranier Dr in Jacksonville, FL.
