It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shivnath Jha, who left us on April 11, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida.

He built a life defined by warmth, intelligence, and an extraordinary ability to make every person around him feel seen and valued.

A CPA and accomplished IT professional, Shivnath combined analytical brilliance with a natural gift for connecting with people. His colleagues admired his dedication, integrity, and the effortless way he brought humor into even the most stressful days.

To his friends and family, Shivnath was known for his witty storytelling, his perfectly timed humor, and his remarkable ability to bring people together. Whether speaking with someone his own age, a younger friend, or an elder he deeply respected, he made everyone feel equally comfortable and included. His presence lit up gatherings, and his stories — full of charm, insight, and laughter — will be remembered for years to come.

Shivnath is survived by his loving wife, Namita; his son, Harsh; and his daughter, Shivani. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, connection, and joy — a legacy that will continue to guide and comfort those who knew and loved him.

Though he may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever remain a source of strength. His laughter, his generosity, and his ability to make every person feel like a friend will live on in our hearts.

A Funeral Service will be held on 15 April, at 10:30 AM, at Ponte Vedra Valley.
