Faith... Family... Friend "WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT " Thomas J. Vogl has a new body, running and dancing through heaven today! Born on March 10 1929, he passed at 8:45am February 12th, 2017, exactly how he wanted, in his sleep surrounded by family.

We all are so confident of his landing place, because his FAITH was his number one priority. He loved the Lord with all his heart and everyone knew it. The Lord blessed him with ability to be the perfect FAMILY man. Son, Brother, Cousin, Husband, Dad, Uncle, Grandpa, Great Grandpa.

Talk to anyone in his family and these words come to mind, strength, courage, patience, abundant Joy! There was always a song in his heart and a smile that permeated those around him. He attended more birthdays, weddings, graduations, holiday celebrations, friend and family life events, then anyone we know. Tom worked as a Printer for Convention Press, Miller Press and then finished his printing career with his own business, H&V printing. After retiring from printing, he worked delivering flowers and 'good cheer' for a florist. Tom ended his work career with Holmes Stamp Company as a delivery driver. He made friends easily and he was everyone's favorite. Upon meeting him, people knew he would be the kind of FRIEND they always dreamed of having. He was loyal, faithful and full of love. his smile could change your day for the better in an instant! His heart was full and his mind at peace, God speed Tom, we will miss your being here on earth, but know that heaven has gained a champion, until we see you again.......... Tom is survived by his wife of 66 years, Isabelle Vogl; children, Eileen Croft (Bob), Gail Graham, Diane Roberts, Elizabeth Whitley (Dan), Thomas Vogl Jr. (Jessica); 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Tighe; sister in law, Jean Jervey; and nieces and nephews.  Predeceased brothers, George, Eugene and Edward.

A Celebration of Tom's life will be held at St. Joseph's Historic Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at 10:00 am. The family will have reception following the mass at the reception hall.
