KELLEY Virginia Kelley of Atlantic Beach, FL, and previously of Arlington, VA, passed on April 9, 2014. Retired administrator with Geological Survey, Dept. of Interior. Survived by her daughters Karen Thalinger Brott of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Judith Kelley Zimmerman of Winchester, MA. Also her sons-in-law Thomas Brott and Peter Zimmerman, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Glenwood Cemetery, 2219 Lincoln Road, NE, Washington, DC.
